Scholarships for international student information on The IREM Foundation Collegiate Scholarship for the Gaduate, Undergraduate students who wish to continue their future in Real Estate

Study in: Real Estate Management
Level: Gaduate, Undergraduate
Submite Deadline: June 30th or December 31st every year


Note:
  1. Be an undergraduate junior or senior level student or pursuing graduate or post-graduate studies.
  2. Have a declared major in real estate or, if the college has no real estate major, a major in a related field.
  3. Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale within his or her major. Official copies of all collegiate grade records, certified by the registrar or other qualified college official,must accompany the application. – Have completed two courses in real estate or indicate intent to complete such courses. If the college does not offer at least two courses in real estate, this should be so stated
Scholarship Description: The Scholarship and Grant Committee of the IREM Foundation conducts the administration of this program.It has complete and final authority to confer or revoke scholarships, make other decisions pertaining to the use of funds in the scholarship program, and determine the specific courses recipients shall attend under this program.
Applications are evaluated and scholarships awarded bi-annually.An individual may receive only one scholarship award under this program.
  • Scholarship awards may be applied toward tuition, books, and fee expenses connected with the program of study in the ensuing academic year. All funds are disbursed to the institution the student attends.
  • Graduate-level awards up to $5,000
  • Undergraduate-level awards up to $2,500
